When you contact our customer service team, proper preparation helps us serve you quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to have ready before getting in touch.
Inquiries about orders
To help us locate your order, please be prepared to provide:
- Your order number
- If you do not have the order number, the phone number registered on the receipt
Finding your order number
Online orders:
- Look for a 9-digit number that currently begins with “22”
- This number is displayed in large digits at the top of your online store order confirmation
- If you cannot find it, please have ready the phone number you registered at the time of purchase
In-store purchases:
- Look for the cash invoice number on your purchase receipt
- You will find it in large letters at the top of the receipt; it often consists of a combination of letters and numbers
- This number often begins with “47”

- Gather all questions related to your inquiry before getting in touch
- This helps us document everything correctly if we need to create a case for further investigation.
When contacting us on someone else’s behalf
If you contact us on behalf of another person, please note that order information cannot be shared with anyone else due to privacy reasons.
Note: This also applies to purchases made on behalf of a loved one. The buyer must contact us directly to retrieve their information.
For matters involving a deceased person
- By law, a deed of estate inventory is required to prove inheritance rights
- In order for us to handle a case involving an estate, you must verify your identity via strong authentication by using the personal data request form: https://www.power.fi/asiakaspalvelu/toimitusehdot/tietopyyntolomake/
- After you have submitted the personal data request form, please send the following information to asiakaspalvelu@power.fi:
- An official certificate or estate inventory that proves your share of the estate
- A power of attorney for handling the matter from all estate shareholders (if there are multiple shareholders)
- Please state as clearly as possible what your case concerns on the personal data request form.
Note: If you need a receipt copy older than 5 years, unfortunately it is no longer stored in our system. Receipt data is retained for 5 years for data protection reasons.
