Available delivery options
Store pickup (Click & Collect)
- In-stock items: Available for pickup within 30 minutes if the item is in stock at your chosen store. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready.
- Central warehouse items: Can be ordered for store pickup with a delivery time of 2-5 business days.
- Made-to-order items: Not all products can be ordered to the store for free. Made-to-order items must be paid for online before they are sent to the store. You can still choose Click & Collect, but pre-payment is required.
Home delivery for large products
Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days if the item is in stock. The driver will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
- Standard Home Delivery (from 499 kr.): The product is delivered and carried into your home. Installation and disposal of old appliances can be purchased as additional services. A representative over 18 years old must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Curb-side Delivery (from 399 kr.): Basic delivery to the curb or driveway. The product is not carried indoors, and installation is not available with this delivery method.
Parcel services for small products
- GLS Parcel Shop/Locker: 1-4 business days (from 48 kr.).
- GLS to private address: 1-2 business days (74 kr.).
- Budbee Parcel Shop: 1-2 business days (from 49 kr.).
- Budbee Evening Delivery: Delivery to your address between 16:00 and 22:30 (from 75 kr.).
Installation services
Installation services can only be purchased in conjunction with home delivery. Installation includes unboxing and disposal of packaging, but does not include the mounting of cabinet doors on integrated products or the disposal of old appliances unless purchased separately.
Appliance installation pricing
- Washing machine (449 kr.): Connection to water and drainage, plus a test run.
- Tumble dryer (449 kr.): Connection to power and a test run.
- Stove, built-in oven, and hob (449 kr.): Connection to existing electrical installations.
- Fridge/Freezer (449 kr.): Placement, power connection, and a test run.
- Dishwasher (449 kr.): Connection to water, drainage, and power.
Note regarding TV delivery
TVs 55" and larger require an additional two-man delivery service (399 kr.) when choosing home delivery. This is necessary due to the size and weight of the product to ensure safe handling.
When two-man delivery is required
The two-man delivery add-on (399 kr.) is mandatory for the following tasks:
- Setting up a washing machine and dryer in a stack (laundry column).
- Placing appliances on a pedestal.
- Delivery to cellars or via stairs (including spiral staircases).
- Navigating narrow passages or lifting items over other objects.
- Installing an oven in a high cabinet.
Preparation checklist before delivery
- Measure the space and the delivery path thoroughly.
- Clear the delivery route of any obstacles.
- Protect delicate surfaces and floors along the route.
- Ensure the installation site meets all technical requirements.
- Disconnect old appliances if you have purchased disposal services.
POWER does not offer installation of: Range hoods, gas stoves, or modifications to existing electrical and water installations.

No, our standard delivery requires access via a hand truck on a firm surface. We do not deliver over soft or uneven surfaces like grass or gravel and do not provide protective plates.
