If your order has availability issues, we will contact you. However, if you notice that the status of your order has not changed to "processed" within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, the availability status may sometimes differ from what is shown on the website. We are here to help you understand how we manage orders and what you can expect from your order.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation:

  • Check that all details on the order confirmation are correct.
  • Contact customer service if the order remains in "Order received" status for more than 24 hours and does not change to "Order processed and awaiting packing".

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect reservations when the product is in stock at your selected store:

  • You will receive a pickup message within 30 minutes.
  • Contact customer service if you do not receive a pickup notification within 60 minutes.
  • The store staff will notify you via SMS of any availability errors.

Important:

You may receive an automatic pickup notification even if you have already been informed of availability errors. Please disregard this automatic message.

Stock Status

When you see a "Not in stock" note on product pages:

  • The product is sold out from the central warehouse and cannot be delivered to the store.
  • It may, however, still be available in stores.
  • We do not have an estimate for future central warehouse availability.

How We Handle Availability Errors

  1. We will notify you immediately. If you have made a Click & Collect reservation, the store will notify you via SMS.
  2. Our customer service can help you find alternative products.
  3. You can also visit your nearest store to get help in selecting an alternative product.

Contact customer service if the order stays in "Received" status for more than 24 hours.

What should I do if I receive an automatic pickup notification after being informed of stock issues?

Ignore the automatic pickup notification if you have already been informed of availability issues, as this message may not reflect the current status of your order.
