Payment Methods in Stores
The following payment methods are accepted in our stores:
- Debit cards
- VISA
- Mastercard
- POWER gift cards
- MyCREDIT
- Cash (for purchases under €10,000)
We also accept payment commitments in our stores. These must be sent to the store via email.
Online Payment Methods
In our online store, we offer several payment options:
- Online banking
- VISA
- Mastercard
- MobilePay
- GooglePay
- ApplePay

Credit cards, MobilePay, GooglePay, and ApplePay:
- An initial reservation is made when the order is placed
- If you cancel your order, the reservation will be released within 2–5 business days
- Your payment is charged once your order is shipped
Gift Cards and Discount Codes
Gift Cards
- Available in all our stores
- Can be used in full or partially for in-store payments
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost cards will not be replaced
- You can check the balance in a store or on our website
- Valid only for in-store purchases
Discount Codes
- Valid only for online purchases
- Must be entered at checkout in Step 1 under "Do you have a discount code?"
- The order total must exceed the value of the code to receive the full benefit
- Automatically applied to the total amount

We do not accept American Express or Klarna as payment methods.
No, gift cards can only be used in our stores. Discount codes can be used online.
You can choose the MyCREDIT payment method both in-store and online. With MyCREDIT, you can easily pay with a single invoice or in installments. You can learn more about this payment method here.
We cannot and do not retain the amount reserved on your card for more than 10 business days. For card payments (including MobilePay and ApplePay), we only charge your card once the product has shipped from our central warehouse. If the delivery time is longer than expected, your bank may automatically release the reserved amount after 10 business days. In that case, the actual charge will be made when the product is dispatched. You can verify this by checking your transaction history in your online bank from the day you placed the original order. You will likely see that the amount has either disappeared or been credited back to your account. If you see that the actual charge has been taken from your account twice, please forward a screenshot of your online bank transactions to our customer service so we can investigate. The screenshot must display the transaction's archive reference. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
You cannot use a Stockmann gift card as a payment method at POWER Helsinki Stockmann or POWER Itis.
Purchases no longer accumulate Stockmann points.
