Physical gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Only value codes issued by us are valid for online transactions.
Secure Card Payments
We prioritize your security when making card payments:

For online purchases with VISA or Mastercard (only Norwegian banks):
- Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC code
- Verify with BankID
Security Information:
- When paying with credit/debit card, the amount is initially reserved
- If you cancel your order, the reservation is removed within 0–3 business days
- The payment is processed when your order is shipped
- All transactions use VISA and Mastercard's secure global encryption system
- Cards issued by foreign banks are not accepted
Gift Cards and Discount Codes
Gift Cards
- Available for purchase in all physical stores
- Can be used for full or partial payment in physical stores
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Lost cards are not refunded
- Balance can be checked via customer service chat or in-store
- Only valid for in-store purchases
Discount Codes
- Valid only for online purchases
- Must be entered at step 1 of checkout under "Do you have a discount code?"
- The total order value should exceed the code value for full benefit
- Applied automatically to the total amount

We do not accept American Express or Klarna as payment methods.
No, physical gift cards can only be used in our physical stores. Online purchases require value codes issued by us.
Unfortunately, we do not offer invoice solutions to private customers. We recommend using other available payment methods. However, we offer installment plans via Resurs Bank. Read more about MyCredit here.
It is highly unlikely. We are neither permitted nor able to hold a reserved amount on your card for more than 10 business days, and we only charge the payment once the item has been dispatched from our central warehouse. If the delivery time is longer than expected, your bank may automatically release the reserved amount if more than 10 business days have passed. In such cases, the amount will be charged again when the item is shipped. You can verify this in your online banking by checking the transaction history from the date you originally placed the order. You should see that the amount has either disappeared or been credited back to your account. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Yes, we accept cash payments in physical stores.
