POWER Support

These services are included in our "+ Support" packages:

  • In-store support including cleaning, product support, and screen protector application
  • Remote assistance via RemoteFix
  • Access to chat and phone support
  • Help with diagnostics, updates, and backups

Subscription management

  • Purchase: Available at all POWER stores.
  • Payment: Automatic monthly renewal via your registered payment card. Payments via BankAxept or Vipps are not supported.
  • Binding period: No binding period; you can cancel at any time via MyPOWER or customer service.
  • Cancellation: Must be completed before the next renewal date. You can cancel through your MyPOWER account or by contacting customer support at least one day before the next billing cycle.

Important to note:

  • According to the Norwegian Communications Authority (October 2024), 9 out of 10 people are exposed to fraud attempts.
  • F-Secure Total supports over 20 languages.
  • If you have an existing F-Secure license, it will be replaced when you activate the new agreement unless you use a different email address.
  • Failed payments have a 30-day grace period with multiple retry attempts and reminders via SMS and email.

Which package should I choose if I want technical support?

You should choose either "Nettbeskyttelse + Support" (199 NOK) or "Nettbeskyttelse Familie + Support" (249 NOK). Both include Support services and RemoteFix assistance.

How many devices can I protect with F-Secure?

The standard Nettbeskyttelse packages cover 5 devices, while the Familie packages cover up to 20 devices.

How do I change my payment information?

You can change your payment card on your MyPOWER page under "Main Menu" → "Subscriptions". Customer service cannot see or change your card details for security reasons.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it for up to 30 days and notify you via SMS and email. If the payment is not resolved, the subscription will be terminated at the next renewal date.
