In-Store Payment Options
For your convenience, we encourage contactless payments in our physical stores. The following payment methods are accepted in our stores:

Online Payment Options
Through our website, we offer several payment methods:

Important:
POWER gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Only vouchers issued by us are valid for online transactions.
Secure Card Payments
We prioritize your security when it comes to card payments:
- For online purchases with VISA or Mastercard (Swedish banks only):
- Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code
- Verify with BankID
Security Information:
- The amount is initially reserved when paying with a credit/debit card
- If you cancel your order, the reservation will be removed within 0–3 business days
- The payment is processed when your order is shipped
- All transactions use VISA and Mastercard's secure global encryption system
Swish
We offer convenient payment with Swish for online orders:
- Select "Pay with Swish" in the payment options
- Select "Confirm & Pay"
- Scan the QR code that appears on the screen by opening the Swish app on your phone.
- If the order is placed on a mobile device, an option to open Swish directly will be available
- Complete the payment by approving it in the Swish app
- Sign with BankID
- Wait for the order confirmation
Klarna
We offer two payment options through Klarna for online orders:
- Installments:
- Select "Klarna - Installments" in the payment options
- Choose "Accept & Pay"
- Log in with BankID
- Set up your installment plan in Klarna's portal
- Sign with BankID
- Wait for order confirmation
- Pay Later:
- Select "Klarna - Pay Later" in the payment options
- Choose "Accept & Pay"
- Log in with BankID
- In Klarna's portal, select "Invoice 30 days" or "Monthly Invoice"
- Sign with BankID
- Wait for order confirmation
MyCredit
Through MyCredit (Resurs Bank), we offer installment payments and invoice option both in-store and online. Follow the steps below to pay via Resurs Bank:
- Select "Pay in installments with MyCredit" in the payment options
- Choose "Accept & Pay"
- Log in with BankID
- Fill out the application for the credit amount you want
- Select "Submit Application" and sign with BankID
- Wait for order confirmation
Gift Cards and Discount Codes
Gift Cards
- Available for purchase in all physical stores
- Can be used to pay for all or part of a purchase in physical stores
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Lost cards are not replaced
- Balance can be checked via customer service or in-store
- Valid only for in-store purchases
Discount Codes
- Valid only for online purchases
- Must be entered in step 1 of checkout under "Do you have a discount code?"
- The total order value must exceed the code's value to fully utilize it
- Applied automatically to the total amount

Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express. Klarna can be used for online orders but not in-store.
No, physical gift cards can only be used in our physical stores. Online purchases require vouchers issued by us.
Yes, we accept requisitions for purchases, but only in our physical stores. For purchases by requisition, simply come into one of our stores and present the requisition along with a valid ID.
If you have added either a monthly insurance or security package with monthly payments to your cart, only card payment is available as the payment method since the card needs to be linked to the monthly payment of the insurance or security package. To use another payment method, you need to change to one-time payment for the insurance.
Unfortunately, we do not offer invoice solutions for private customers. We recommend using other available payment methods. However, we do offer installment plans via Resurs Bank. Learn more about MyCredit here.
