When you pre-order a game from POWER, it’s important to know what to expect regarding delivery times. Here’s what you need to know about our pre-order delivery process:
Delivery Timeline
- Pre-ordered games are typically shipped the day before the official release date.
- This means you should receive your game on the official release date.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the game will arrive on the release day.
What You Can Expect
- Your pre-ordered game will be delivered on or after the release date, depending on normal delivery times.
- Please note that pre-ordering a game does not guarantee the item will be available for pickup on the release date.
- By pre-ordering, we aim for customers to receive the product on release day, so you don’t need to check availability on the release day.
- After the game has been released, POWER stores may receive the game in stock, even if it’s not marked as available online before the release date; stock availability will be updated online after the release date.
Plan Your Pre-order
When deciding to pre-order a game, consider the following:
- The release date is typically when deliveries start.
- Take normal delivery times into account when planning your purchase.
- Delivery may occur a day or two after the release date.
We aim to be transparent about our pre-order process to help you make informed decisions about your game purchases. If you need your game exactly on the release date, this information can help you plan your purchase accordingly.
