Physical gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Only value codes issued by us are valid for online transactions.
Secure Card Payment
We prioritize your security when paying with cards:

For online purchases with VISA or Mastercard (Danish banks only):
- Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC code
- Confirm with NemID/MitID
Security Information:
- When paying with credit/debit cards, the amount is initially reserved
- If you cancel your order, the reservation is removed within 0–3 business days
- Payment is processed when your order is shipped
- All transactions use VISA and Mastercard's secure global encryption system
- Cards issued by foreign banks are not accepted
Gift Cards and Discount Codes
Gift Cards
- Can be purchased at all physical stores
- Can be used for full or partial payment in physical stores
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Lost cards are not refunded
- Balance can be checked via customer service chat or in-store
- Only valid for in-store purchases
Discount Codes
- Only apply to online purchases
- Must be entered in step 1 of checkout under "Do you have a discount code?"
- The total order value must exceed the code value for full benefit
- Applied automatically to the total amount

We do not accept American Express or Klarna as payment methods.
No, physical gift cards can only be used in our physical stores. Online purchases require value codes issued by us.
We cannot and must not hold the reserved amount on your card for more than 10 business days. With card payments (including MobilePay and ApplePay), we only charge when the product ships from our central warehouse. If delivery takes longer than expected, your bank may automatically release the reserved amount after 10 business days. The amount will then be officially charged when the product ships. Check this in your online banking by reviewing transaction history from the day you placed the original order. You'll likely see the amount has either disappeared or been credited back to your account. If you were actually charged twice, please send a screenshot of your online banking transactions to our customer service for investigation. The screenshot must clearly show the transaction archive references. Contact our customer service if you have questions.
Unfortunately, we do not offer invoice solutions for private customers. We recommend using other available payment methods. However, we do offer installment plans via Resurs bank. Learn more about our financing options here.
Yes, we accept cash payments in physical stores, up to 14,999 DKK.
