Rental Process

2. Book your trailer
   • Book directly in the app or at freetrailer.com/dk
   • Free for immediate pickup
   • 35 kr. for advance reservation
3. Collection
   • Activate 15 minutes before collection
   • Collect within one hour of rental start
4. Return
   • Return to the same POWERHOUSE
   • Possible both during and outside opening hours

Important reminder

Collect within 1 hour of rental start. Late returns incur a fee of 300 kr. plus 199 kr. per day.

Driving License and Insurance

Category B license allows driving with trailers up to 750 kg. B+ license required for heavier trailers. We recommend additional insurance (49 kr.) for reduced excess.

In case of damage

Trailer damage involves an excess payment. Excess without Freetrailer insurance is 5000 DKK. Take out extra insurance for better coverage.

How long can I borrow the trailer?

From collection until the first return time the next day. Extension possible (199 kr.) if the trailer is available.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay.

Do I need to be a POWER customer?

No, trailer rental is available to everyone, whether you shop at POWER or not.

How does the insurance work?

All trailers have basic insurance. Purchase additional insurance (49 kr.) to reduce the excess in case of damage.
