Exceptions to the return policy
Products not covered by the 60-day return policy:
- Products that have been ordered or customized upon request
- Hygiene products whose packaging has been opened, for example:
- Shavers, epilators, ladyshavers, toothbrushes, trimmers, interdental cleaners (for teeth)
- Hair styling products, for example, straighteners, hot air brushes, hairdryers (if the product has not been in direct contact with hair, its condition will be checked on-site)
- In-ear devices such as headphones and Bluetooth headsets, as well as fever thermometers
- Smart rings
- Products with a subscription, e.g., a mobile phone with an associated subscription and SIM card, the hardware is then connected to the subscription which needs to be handeled in store
- A smartphone with opened packaging
- watches, smartwatches, activity trackers whose packaging has been opened
- A console or computer game with a broken seal
- Installed software
- Software, computer components, films, or music with broken packaging
- Products received for free with the purchase of another product
- Installed software
- Damaged and/or broken products; products damaged in transit must be reported within 2 months of receipt
- Services rendered, such as installation, transport, calibration
- Parma kitchens
- Installed air source heat pumps
- Seasonal products such as air conditioners, fans, as well as Christmas, Halloween, and similar themed products (14-day right of return)
- Business sales; return conditions for business sales apply
Hygiene products
Here we specify which hygiene products are exempt from the return policy because they come into direct contact with the body. Hygiene products are those that are in direct contact with a person, which increases the risk of bacterial transfer to the product. For these reasons, the return policy for these products is stricter.
- Skin or body products, such as shavers, epilators, ladyshavers, toothbrushes, trimmers, interdental cleaners (for teeth), facial brushes or diamond peeling devices, and other personal hygiene products.
- Hair styling products, for example, straighteners, hot air brushes, hairdryers (if the product has not been in direct contact with hair, its condition will be checked on-site).
- In-ear headphones (True Wireless, AirPods earbuds)
- Smart rings
These products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact.
Right of withdrawal for smart devices
When you buy a smart device, such as a mobile phone, from the POWER.se online store, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. This only applies to products paid for in the online store and covered by the Distance Selling Act.
Conditions related to Mobile Subscriptions Purchased in Store
- The return policy generally does not apply to subscriptions unless this has been agreed with the seller at the time of purchase
- The right of withdrawal does not cover the purchase of mobile subscriptions made in-store, as this is not covered by the Distance Contracts Act
- All matters concerning a mobile or broadband subscription or changes must be handled in a physical store. This also applies to questions about prices, offers, and similar topics.

Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange software after it has been installed due to licensing and copyright restrictions. We recommend that you check compatibility and system requirements before installation.
If the product is broken or damaged during transport, you must report this to us within 2 months of receipt. A broken product cannot be returned, but if a fault occurs, we follow the manufacturer's warranty conditions. A defective product must be repaired before it can be returned.

Online reservations through Click & Collect (booked online but paid for in-store) are considered in-store purchases. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply; instead, they are handled according to the rules for the return policy. For reservations made and paid for online (pre-paid reservation), the right of withdrawal applies.
If you notice a problem with a small product, you can bring it to your nearest POWER store. For larger products, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Our customer service can assist if needed. A broken product cannot be returned, but if the product develops a fault, we will follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
