Fast Skin is a service we provide, which means it is not eligible for a right of return or withdrawal. However, you are fully covered by the right to make a complaint, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if the service has not been performed correctly. This includes issues such as air bubbles or dust appearing under the protector shortly after application. Please note that the screen protector is designed to protect your phone from screen cracks in the event of a drop. If the protector breaks after a fall, it is considered normal use and is not covered by warranty. In that case, the protector has done its job, and it may be a good idea to consider applying a new one.
Yes, if you purchase a screen protector from another brand, you are entitled to a return as long as the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact. We also offer screen protector application services — regardless of brand — with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you choose not to go with Fast Skin, you can purchase a different screen protector and have it professionally applied for an additional fee of 199 SEK.
