- Credit note: You receive a credit note immediately, which will be visible in your MinPOWER account.
- No shipping costs: You don't need to worry about return postage.
Mail returns
If you choose to return by mail, be aware that the process takes longer and involves some additional steps:
- Delivery time: Allow 3-5 business days for the return to reach our return center.
- Processing time: Our returns department needs 1-2 business days to receive and register your return.
- Shipping costs: For standard returns within our 30-day return policy, you are responsible for return postage.
Important note about mail returns
Unlike in-store returns, it's not possible to check the status of mail returns in real-time. Our system is only updated once the return has been processed at our return center.
