In-store purchases
If you bought the appliance directly from a store, you can handle exchanges as follows:
- You can visit any POWER store and arrange a product exchange
- You can bring the appliance to the store
- You can arrange in-store that the product will be exchanged when the new product is delivered
Online orders
Online purchases can also be handled flexibly:
- You can visit any POWER store and arrange a product exchange
- You can bring the appliance to the store
- You can arrange in-store that the product will be exchanged when the new product is delivered
- If you can't get to a store or want to handle the return from home, you'll also receive return instructions by email after completing the return form
Paid pickup service
If you're unable to return the appliance to the store, we offer a paid pickup service for €70. If the appliance needs to be disconnected (for example, a dishwasher), an additional installation service fee will be charged. You need to contact customer service to order the pickup.
Preparations for pickup
Before pickup, you need to ensure the following:
- The product must be disconnected and carefully packed (preferably in the original packaging, if available)
- Place the product near the front door
- You are responsible for protecting the floor and ensuring clear access for the transport company to the appliance being returned
- Include your receipt or order number with the return so it can be linked to the correct order
Yes, you can visit your nearest POWER store for online purchases as well. In the store, you can flexibly arrange product exchanges or returns.
When visiting your nearest store, you can inquire about product exchange and return options and necessary additional steps. If it's an online purchase, you'll also receive detailed return instructions by email after completing the return form. A paid pickup service is also available for large products.
