What is included in the services

1. Tryg ID - identity theft insurance

Included in POWER SAFE and POWER SAFE + levels:

  • Legal aid coverage up to €300,000
  • Support for removing private images from the internet
  • Financial security:
    • Compensation for loss of income up to €2,000
    • Compensation for general financial loss up to €10,000
    • Online purchase protection up to €500
  • Psychological aid coverage up to €3,000 in stressful situations

2. Identity theft alert system

This function, based on the F-Secure TOTAL platform, helps you stay ahead of potential identity thefts:

  • 24/7 dark web monitoring of your personal data
  • Immediate notifications if your personal data is compromised
  • Password management system for secure account access
  • Automatic filling of login credentials for faster and more secure web login

3. Fraud protection and internet security

F-Secure TOTAL offers comprehensive protection against:

  • Online stores disguised as scams
  • SMS scams
  • Harmful websites
  • Phishing links

Key security features:

  • SMS scam blocking with AI-based automatic detection (iOS and Android compatible)
  • Banking protection ensures you are visiting genuine bank pages
  • Online shopping protection that displays reliability ratings for online stores
  • Browser protection that automatically identifies and blocks harmful links and sites

4. POWER Support

Support services are included in all packages except POWER SAFE lite:

  • Technical assistance and help with general device settings are available at our store Support desks.
  • Includes diagnostics and minor corrective actions.
  • Unlimited use of support services throughout the contract period.
  • Component functionality checks with diagnostic tools.
  • Security checks for viruses and malware.
  • Backup of photos and documents to, for example, a USB flash drive.
  • Updates for operating systems and common applications.

Managing your subscription

  • The service can be purchased from any of our stores without a long commitment.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Renewal happens automatically every month; the first renewal occurs one month after purchase.
  • Payment is charged to the same credit card used at the time of purchase; you can change the card on your MyPOWER page.
  • Online banking or MobilePay payments are not supported.

Cancelling the subscription

  • You can cancel the subscription at the latest one day before the monthly due date via MyPOWER or by contacting customer service.
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription before the first renewal charge, it must be done at the store where the product was purchased. You will then receive a refund for the first month's payment.
  • If the charge is not successful on the renewal date, we will retry the charge for 30 days and notify you via SMS and email.
  • If payment is not made during this time, the subscription ends on the next renewal date and the service benefits will cease.

How much do the different POWER SAFE options cost?

There are four levels to choose from: POWER SAFE lite (€9.90), POWER SAFE Basic (€11.90), POWER SAFE (€14.90), and POWER SAFE + (€19.90) per month.

What insurance coverage is included in the service?

The POWER SAFE and POWER SAFE + packages include Tryg ID identity theft insurance, which covers legal aid up to €300,000, financial loss protection up to €10,000, online purchase protection up to €500, and psychological support up to €3,000.

How can I change my monthly billing payment information?

You can change your payment card on your MyPOWER pages under "Main Menu" → "Ongoing Subscriptions". Customer service cannot change the information for you for security reasons.

Why is the automatic charge not going through even though there is enough balance on the card?

The reason may be a default bank setting that blocks automatic charges from the card. You must allow automatic charges by contacting your bank. If the problem persists after this, our customer service can investigate the situation further.
