Quick Overview
If your order shows a stock discrepancy, we will notify you immediately. Contact customer service if orders remain in "processing" status for more than 24 hours.

Stock levels can occasionally differ from what is shown online. We are here to help you understand how we manage inventory and what you can expect with your order.

Stock Statuses

  • In stock at this store: The item is in stock, and you are welcome to reserve it for pickup. It will be ready in 30 minutes. Click on "Reserve now - pick up in 30 minutes" and fill in your contact information.
  • In stock, but Click & Collect is not available: The item is in the store. The Click & Collect service is not available for this store. Please visit the store to make a purchase.
If the product is in our online warehouse, you can order the item on the website and pick it up at your desired store within 3-7 days - completely free

Some products are made available for sale before their launch or while we are awaiting delivery from one of our suppliers. In some cases, it may be possible to order these items.
If you see a date instead of a green checkmark or a red cross under "Add to cart", it means you will not receive the item or be able to pick it up in one of our stores before that date.

Here is what some of our stock statuses look like (These are just examples):

Not in online stock - The item is currently unavailable and cannot be ordered online or in-store.
Click&Collect - Not available for Click & Collect, either not in stock or not possible to order from the central warehouse
Order to store - Not immediately available in-store, but can be ordered from the central warehouse.
Reserve now - Available in selected stores, see stock status for specific information on which stores have the item available.

In online stock - The item is available for order online and from the store

Unconfirmed date (date) - The item is currently unavailable, but we have an order with the manufacturer for which we are awaiting delivery confirmation. It may be listed with a date, but  this is often not confirmed until the status changes to "Expected at central warehouse"

Expected at central warehouse (date) -  The item is on order, and the manufacturer has confirmed an estimated delivery date for when the item will arrive at our central warehouse.

Ships from store stock - The item is available in specific stores that offer shipping to the nearest pickup point, which can be a parcel locker or post office, but never between POWER stores or directly to your home.

External warehouse / Order-on-request item - The item is shipped from an external warehouse or must be specifically ordered from the manufacturer, with delivery time depending on the listed availability, either Shipping from external warehouse or Order-on-request item.

Order Confirmation

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation.

  • Check that all information in the order confirmation is correct, and if there is a potential delivery time for the item, e.g., if it has one of the following statuses. (Date is indicative):
  • Contact customer service if orders from the central warehouse remain in "processing" status for more than 24 hours, and they did not have one of these statuses in your order confirmation or at the time of ordering.

Click & Collect Orders

For Click & Collect services:

  • Expected preparation time: 30 minutes.
  • Contact customer service if you do not receive a pickup notification within 60 minutes.
  • Store staff will notify you via SMS of any stock discrepancies. This notification overrides any pickup message you may have received, as many of these are sent automatically after 30 minutes.

Important:

You may receive an automatic pickup notification even after being informed of a stock discrepancy. Please disregard this automatic message. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Stock Availability

When you see the  status, it means:

  • The item cannot be delivered to your home.
  • It may be available for in-store pickup at certain locations, look for the label under Online Stock Status. (Quantity is indicative)
  • We cannot predict future stock levels.

How We Handle Stock Discrepancies

  2. The customer service team or the store will help you find alternative products.

What should I do if my order remains in 'processing' status?

Check your MyPOWER account or order confirmation in case there is an expected delivery time for the item if the product is not immediately available. If everything seems to be in order, contact customer service if your order from the central warehouse remains in 'processing' status for more than 24 hours.

How long should I wait for my Click & Collect order?

Your order should be ready within 30 minutes. If you have not received a pickup notification within 60 minutes, please contact customer service. Your pickup deadline is 24 hours or until the end of the next business day from when you receive the first pickup notification.

What do I do if I receive an automatic pickup notification after being informed of a stock discrepancy?

Please disregard the automatic pickup notification if you have already been informed of a stock discrepancy, as this message may not reflect the current status of your order.
