Please note that because these items may have been tested or displayed, they might be missing their original packaging.

You can browse thousands of products through our online Outlet section and reserve them for local pickup.

- Select stores: Since Outlet inventory varies by location, use the region or store filters to check availability at nearby stores.
- Browse categories: Narrow your search further by filtering for specific brands or product types.
- Reserve your product: Use Click & Collect to reserve your chosen item. Your product will be ready for pickup in just 30 minutes.
Important shopping information
When shopping our Outlet, keep the following details in mind regarding availability and stock:
- Purchase methods: Outlet products are available exclusively through Click & Collect or direct in-store purchase.
- Inventory differences: Prices and availability may vary between our website and physical stores. Often, the in-store selection is larger than what is shown online.
- Display products: These items are only available in-store. There is no online overview for display model availability, and our Customer Service team cannot check stock levels for these specific items. You can find them by visiting your local store and speaking with the staff.
The 60-day test period
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most Outlet products come with a 60-day test period, allowing you to try the product at home. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the item within this timeframe.

Yes, the 60-day return policy does not apply to certain items, including:
- Digital downloads, software, and subscriptions
- Kitchens and kitchen parts
- Special orders and consumables (like batteries or ink)

Display models can only be found by visiting a store in person. Because there is no online overview and Customer Service cannot see display model inventory, we recommend asking the staff at your local POWER store for current availability.
Once you have reserved your Outlet product online using Click & Collect, it will typically be ready for pickup at your chosen store within 30 minutes.
