What are Outlet products?
Outlet products include a variety of items that offer significant savings while remaining fully functional. These products have been inspected by our technicians to ensure they are ready to use. An Outlet product may be:
- A display model from one of our stores
- A returned item from another customer
- A discontinued product
- A product with minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches
Please note that because these items have been tested or displayed, they may in some cases be missing their original packaging.
What is the difference between products marked "Last Chance" and "Display & Returned Items"?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the best deals. Last Chance products are often available nationwide and can usually be shipped directly to your home. Display & Returned Items are only available for purchase by visiting the store where the item is currently in stock.
How to shop Outlet products
You can browse thousands of products in our Outlet section online and reserve them for local pickup.
- Select your area: Use the filter options to narrow your search to the product category you're interested in.
- Select stores: Since Outlet stock varies from store to store, check nearby stores or use the regional filters to view availability in other locations.
- Browse categories: Filter by brand or product type to find exactly what you're looking for.
- Reserve your product: Use Click & Collect to reserve your item. It will be ready for collection within 30 minutes.
Important information about Outlet purchases
When shopping in our Outlet, it is helpful to know the following about availability and stock:
- Purchase options: Outlet products are only available through Click & Collect or by purchasing them directly in store.
- Stock availability: Prices and availability may vary between online and in-store. The selection available in stores is often larger than what is displayed on our website.
- Display products: Display models are only available in physical stores. Unfortunately, there is no online overview of available display models, and Customer Service cannot check stock levels for these products. To find them, visit your local store and speak with a member of staff.
60-day trial period
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most Outlet products include a 60-day trial period, allowing you to test the product at home. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the item within this period.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, the 60-day period does not apply to the following products:
- Digital downloads, software, and subscriptions
- Kitchens and kitchen components
- Special-order products and consumables (such as batteries and ink)
- Hygiene, dental, skincare, and personal care products
- Products with broken seals, such as in-ear headphones, mobile phones, games, movies, PC components, and VR headsets
- TVs larger than 77"
Display models can only be found by visiting a store in person. Since there is no online inventory and Customer Service cannot check the availability of display models, we recommend visiting your nearest store and asking the staff about the current selection.
Once you have reserved an Outlet product online using Click & Collect, it will normally be ready for collection at your selected store within 30 minutes.
